Resistance Bands

 

Doc recommended these for me, he just said "Resistance Bands". I found these on amazon. Getting them next week. I am thinking of doing my own open and install YouTube reviews. They also have vids on how to use the bands. Video below goes back 4 years and others for 6 years. Thats makes me feel better.
